You deal with the owner
We built these homes and we manage them. A repair goes to the people who know the building, not a call centre, and the person who comes out can actually fix it.
We would rather keep you
A good tenant who stays for years is worth more to us than a rent bump. Leases run 12 or 24 months, renewals are a conversation, and what is on the lease is what you pay.
Ask
A move-in date that doesn't line up, a second parking spot, a change inside the home — ask. If the building allows it, we usually find a way.
